So You're Just Gonna Sleep, Right There?

This was a rather interesting commission to work on. I mean the average pony sitting in my style of ponies is nothing new. But drawing a baby version of a creature that's known to turn others to stone while sitting on top of this pony's head is LOL!

But this is Cloverleaf and he is an explorer stallion. While on his travels, he found a baby cockatrice(cockatrice chick? IDK XD) and apparently it decided that his hair was a very comfortable place for a little nap. It's prehensile snakey tail, wrapped around his horn for stability, and now it's just nestling in for a nice little nap.

So adorable, and just think in a few year's deadly... isn't that true with a few other creatures in the world? XD Well normally the cockatrice seen in MLP:FiM have white feathers on their chicken half, but I figured with this being a baby it wouldn't hurt to add the yellow downy feathers like normal baby chicks have.
